This company ought to be rated a 5 for their products and pricing, but they really dropped the ball with their customer support. I placed an order for next day delivery, and even got a confirmation email saying it was dispatched just 15 minutes after I ordered. But the tracking number they provided? Yeah, it didn’t work at all. I ended up waiting around all day for a delivery that never showed up, and when I finally reached out, I was told that my order hadn’t even been sent out. They did apologize, but honestly, a courtesy email about the delay would’ve been the least they could do. This level of customer service just doesn’t cut it, no matter the situation.

I’m giving a solid 5 stars for the product, service, and overall value. Richard Ballantyne, the owner, really knows his wines and provides fantastic personal service, even to someone like me who doesn’t buy often. The wine selection at NG is quite unique, and the website is set up for a great shopping experience. Richard's in-depth understanding of the wines he offers, along with super fast and dependable delivery, truly distinguishes this business.

Snagged a bottle of whisky that was hard to track down, arrived fast and was packed up nicely, much appreciated!

Awesome items and service. The delivery was quick, and everything came in perfect shape. The seller was super nice to work with and really flexible when I needed to adjust my delivery last minute. I’d surely shop here again. They mainly focus on wine, but I do wish they offered a bigger variety of whiskies. However, they have a solid selection of Springbank products, which happens to be my top distillery.

They were super helpful in finding a wine I couldn’t find in this country. I’ll surely turn to this company again when I need some inspiration or something unique.

I had to reach out to find out when my order might be finished since it seemed like nothing was going on for about a week.

Then I was informed that the product was out of stock, and they expressed their regret, apologized for the poor communication, and even added an extra bottle to my order.

In the end, I got a message from the courier about the delivery time... but that was after the package had already shown up!

That's why I gave it a 3-star rating. As for the wine? Oh, it's quite lovely!

There are loads of choices for everyone, whether you're just enjoying a glass now and then or diving into the more obscure regions. It's a great place to find small estates and unique bottles. Richard's passion and expertise are truly contagious; if he doesn't know about Italian wines, then it ain't worth knowing! Every trip to the store is a delight that no grocery store can match.

I always put my money into local shops - we gotta keep our high streets thriving. Supporting the Nobel Grape is truly a delight. Every time I go, I leave with even more knowledge than before.
